Can you please attach screenshot from the game (Console/PC)? Sometimes, the App has visual glitches and does not show correct playstyles and attributes.
The game shows he is still missing Quickstep even though he’s under the 10 playstyle max.
I tried to reproduce your Palmer card using FUTgg evo lab. See below result. It also has 9 base playstyles and 2 plus playstyles.
Evolution Path I used = POTM cole palmer > Birthday Finale > Renaissance Man
You need to recheck again at what level you are receiving Quick Step base playstyle. At that level, your card crosses the 10 max limit. It could happen that one of the base playstyles converted to a plus playstyle after that level, and now you are seeing fewer playstyles.
