Request for Compensation Due to Disconnection and Loss of In-Game Progress
Hello EA Support Team,
I am writing to formally report an issue I experienced while playing your game, which resulted in me being unexpectedly disconnected (kicked) from the game multiple times. This disruption caused a significant loss of progress and valuable in-game items, negatively impacting my gaming experience.
I have a stable internet connection and have been playing regularly, so these disconnections were neither caused by my end nor due to connectivity issues. Despite reaching out to your support team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or compensation for the inconvenience and losses I incurred.
As a dedicated player who invested considerable time and resources in the game, I kindly request appropriate compensation for the disruption and lost assets. I trust EA to value its community and provide fair support when technical issues affect gameplay.
