Request for Reimbursement or Clarification Regarding Mastery Mode Tokens

I am writing to express my concerns and request clarification regarding the Mastery Mode tokens in FC 25. Specifically, I recently submitted 16 Mastery Mode tokens into the Rodrygo SBC, which requires 18 tokens to complete. However, it has become apparent that there are no remaining ways to earn these tokens through gameplay, despite the SBC screen stating that it will expire in 7 days.
As a committed player, I dedicated significant time and effort to grind for these tokens through Rivals, Champs, and Squad Battles, believing I had 7 days left to complete the objective based on the expiration timer. This strongly suggests to the average player that tokens would remain obtainable during this period, either through gameplay or store packs. However, it seems that token availability has ceased without prior warning or clarification, leading to confusion and frustration.
This situation highlights a lack of communication and transparency on EA’s part, as there was no clear indication that tokens would stop being accessible before the SBC expiration. Players like myself, who have invested substantial time into this mode, are left with incomplete progress and no apparent way to finish what we started.
To resolve this issue, I kindly request one of the following:
1. Reimbursement of the 16 Mastery Mode tokens I submitted, so they can be used elsewhere, or
2. Confirmation of whether store packs containing tokens will be made available before the SBC expires, allowing players to complete the Rodrygo objective as intended.
