[Resolved] FC Points from Steam not received

I'm sure you know / tried but when you add them via steam I think you then have to activate them via your steam acc? I could be wrong but I'm sure you do might be worth checking

A few days ago I replenished points through steam and there were no problems with it. yesterday I did everything I did before but the points were not added to my account

how do you activate them trough steam because i have the same problem

If you're not receiving the points after an in-game purchase, please grab us an error ID using these steps so we can look into this further.

If this was through Steam separately and not via an in-game purchase, please be sure to let us know which specific pack of points you were trying to purchase (i.e. 500 FC Points, 1050 as in the OP, etc.) 

If you're seeing any errors or other messages in Steam when this goes through or fails to process, please grab a screenshot of that for us as well, thanks!

Please keep in mind we are unable to grant missing points via the forums, so you would need to contact support directly to have that addressed. Please have these purchase screenshots available when reaching out.

I know the steps you mentioned,and i did it the way EA help said ，but now there is a new problem，After I sent the email to EA Help, I haven't received any reply, and I can't even find the problem I consulted in my case

Thank you all for bringing this issue to our attention. There seem to be an issue that prevent players from receiving FC points when purchased from Steam. We've passed it on to the team for investigation.

Aren't you a little late? I've been having this problem for almost 3 days now. You've messed it up again, as you always do.

But I still don't see them in my game.
