Rivals match making while playing a DUO
Hey!
for the past 2 weeks, i've noticed that while playing rivals with a friend, it takes a lot more time to find a game, and the game is only VS another pair of player, as opposed to the way it was prior to these 2 weeks.
anybody knows why?
in addition, since the change I mentioned above, the gameplay is much worse, and I constantly have lags/FPS drops, that are not common at all while i play alone/ play rush with friends, so I assume it's not a personal network problem...
I would like to know if i'm the only one experiencing these problems, and if someone can help me with a way to send a ticket to EA because every time I try to open a case, it redirect me to another page that eventually sends me back to the page I started from... feels like a loop :'(
