Rubberbanding in rush

Game has barely been out a week properly and almost every game of rush you get people rubberbanding but not playing.

Rush is the best game mode and has actually brought me back to play fifa after 2/3 years away but its already becoming unplayable due to people not playing.

Something NEEDS to be done about this - If some-one's avatar is off the pitch for say 30 full seconds can it not be treated like when you press pause? It would atleast be a start.
