Can anybody tell me what can I do

I just played a game where my AI players were refusing to move

they didn’t track any player going backwards and refused to run forward in in control

the passing was down at 60% because every pass my player didn’t move towards the ball or the pass was so badly off it went straight to the other team. 

there is literally nothing I can do about the players not moving. Now there is either a problem with the AI, or I secretly have the Man Utd team in disguise. 

im on a ps5 with a hard wired connection and hard wired controller. I tend to run about 6ping
