Rush mode malfunction

I'm on a rush mode match series where I'm disconnected at the end of each match, and I have to reconnect to ultimate team each time, my earned points are not taken into account and I earn fewer credits. 

In fact, I've completed several objectives but the points aren't taken into account.

I'm getting a message saying that I've logged out of the game, even though I've completed all the matches.
