Ok - found the solution
As previously (same issue in other sbc) the locked player acts somehow as an acive , hence overall team value has to compensate for the 'missing' player. Therefore overall wont be 80 or 81 or 82 it will be effectievely a bit higher -a bit annoying as EA won't compensate for a higher value players used to finish this SBC
