SBC softban?

Hi there, Looks like I got soft banned for doing sbc on my mobile. But how in earth is this applicable during grinding SBCs, that makes no sense!  Any advice to get this undone?   cheers

    They can last up to 24 hours. It’s to stop cheaters.

    How exactly can you cheat doing sbc's?

    And why release so many sbc that can be completed quickly after each other, I mean the grind sbc takes seconds at a time.
