Scoreboard glitch cost me in champs

I was playing a game in fut champs and the score indicated 4-4. I have a strong bench and usually make subs, but as it was later in the game I held off. When the final whistle went, the commentator mentioned the away team won and it cut to my player collecting the match ball. When I skipped the cut scene the final score was 4-5!

I know everyone will say this but I feel I would have gone on to win the game. This was highly confusing and very frustrating and I went on to subsequently finish with just 9 wins, narrowly missing out on the objectives Gakpo by a single win. 

I've reported the bug and have a case number, but is there anything I can do for compensation? Feeling quite dejected.
