Season 6 Weekly Play Issue

I completed last week the weekly play and I fid not receive the pack. Now I completed the second week and I received the pack but I am missing the one from last week which I completed. That means I won’t be able to get the full reward at the end of the objective. Is there a fix or can someone help me with this, as I completed it. Thank you!
