Season 8 Pass

Hi Ea team, My game was bugging a lot, had to reload the game a couple times While i was claiming rewards on the season pass (Lvl 10). I was trying to pick between Shapeshifter Douglas Luiz(95), Yan Couto(95) or Samuel Lino(95). I wanted to take Samuel Lino(95) but it freezed and took Douglas Luiz that I absolutly didnt need while I needed Samuel Lino... Is there a way I get trade them? Thanks !!
