Season pass 7 issue

In season 7 by pass didnt let me choose the player at the final level it just gave me pack immediately. I really wanted ribery and i paid  for the premium pass. I tried contacting you costumer but didnt get no help through chat and they only told me to go to forum. It really suck that this happens
