Did you manage to resolve the issue? Mines still bugged for about a week now

Yes several timesEA_Pulsar​ even deleted and reinstalled the game 

hello, 

I did not receive my rewards for level 32. it was the 87+ player pick and also another pack as I bought the premium pass. I restarted the game and also the console. On both the console and webabb it mentions that i have claimed the rewards but I never received them. can this be resolved please

Any update on mine? Season pass reset case. Ea live chat useless marked it as resolved even though it hasn’t. Getting extremely frustrated now. Lack of consideration from anyone at ea
