I had progressed through the season pass and made it to level 37. Now when I log onto FUT it says that I am only at level 1. It shows that I unlocked everything from level 1-37 but my progress shows am only level 1. All players I previously unlocked are still available in my club. Anyone else run into this issue?

Could you please quit Ultimate team and when you are in the main menu, exit the game completely and then restart.
Let us know if you can see your progress again.

I have exactly the same issue, 950 SP from completing the season to being back at level 1!!!!
I have 3900 SP nearly level 4 wtf is this problem

I have the same problem and dont know how to fix it. I tried so much.
Same issue, complained to EA. Got this response. Great customer service. Honestly, what a joke. I guess they just expect me to complete the season again and “hope” I can get the Ribery card. It’s not like I’ve made it up as I can’t reclaim any of the packs I’ve already earnt. Appalling customer service from EA, no explanation, no compensation, just “can’t fix, case closed”
