    Hey folks,

    thanks for all your continued reports. We've passed this on to our team for further investigation and as soon as we have more information to share, we will let you know.

    Could you follow these steps and provide your exact timestamp when you did? Include your time zone as well, for example, “at 11:36 AM UTC”.

    • Launch FC 25 and connect to EA Servers
    • Enter Ultimate Team
    • Enter Clubs (Pro Clubs)
    • Enter EA Hub (Seasonal track)

    Please also provide your EA ID/Gamertag/PSN ID.

Hey folks,

We've passed this onto the team to look into.

If you are owning FC 25 on multiple console generations, such as PS4 and PS5 or Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X you will have to wait 20min after closing the game for your session to properly log out. So, if you close the game and then switch to a different console generation the Season Pass will be unavailable for up to 20 minutes.

Could you test if waiting 20 minutes indeed does the trick?

If you're otherwise only playing on 1 platform and not via the FC Showcase either, could you let us know if the Season Pass still shows as unavailable and if so, only ingame or also in the Web/Companion App?

I did what you said, I can only see it in the web app, it has not opened for 2 days.
