Season pass service unavailable

It's not working, my season pass has now been unavailable since last Sunday, so 7 days and i paid money for the pass, that's unacceptable.

and it only shows on the webapp

Ive only just purchased the game between weds-Fri on Xbox1 and have been unable to access season pass since purchase. Woulf appreciate being able to do so asap as the SP was one of th main reasons i decided to get back into the game 

Same here. Since I bought the game 7 days ago for my new ps 5 slim, I don’t have access to to the season pass but buying store packs works perfectly. I can’t even buy the premium pass. Why should I spent money on packs when I don’t have access to the full game? How is that even acceptable that this takes so long??

EA FC 25 Ultimate team and went to check my progress on the season pass and I got the message The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass. did not receive any rewards, the season pass is not opening.

Je suis dans le même cas depuis mardi, 

J'ai essayer tout ce que le service assistance ma conseillé et celui si rien ne change. Cela reste bloqué malgré que sur l'application web cela marche correctement après 30 min de déconnexion.

De plus j'ai pu constater également que lorsque je demande a recevoir de nouveau mon code de vérification pour la ps5 que je ne le reçois pas. Il reste en permanence lier et connecter donc j'ai l'impression que la liaison reste permanent et du coup malgré vos options pour corriger sa cela ne marche pas.

Car je ne trouve plus dans les appareils connectés ma console. D'autant que mardi il y a eu une mise a jour système ps5 qui peut être lier au problème sur le Season pass payant insi

Anche a me il Season pass non funziona. In realtà si tratta di un account nuovo e il Season pass non ha mai funzionato. Esce sempre errore “al momento il servizio season pass non è disponibile. I tuoi pregressi nel season pass non verranno aggiornati

It’s been nearly 6days now since I’ve been able to access it and I’ve done what you said and it doesn’t do anything I’ve even paid for the premium pass also I would like to know how long and what compensation you will be providing after this long and unexpected issue we’ve had 

i have this issue and i am using only one console / PS5

I bought the game two weeks ago, only play on one console and only have one EA account and it has not worked on app, web or console since purchasing. Please sort this out !!!
