Season Points not awarded after claiming objectives while hourly SP cap active

Game Mode: Ultimate Team – Season Ladder

Issue:

Season Points (SP) were not awarded after completing and claiming objectives while the hourly SP cap message was active (was not notified of cap until i went to look at claiming rewards)

Details:

- Multiple objectives that explicitly reward SP were completed and claimed.

• The Season Ladder did not advance at all and i did not get any SP

- Waited hours, restarted the game multiple times.

- SP never applied retroactively.

- Objectives remain marked as “Completed / Claimed”.

Expected Result:

SP should be awarded once the hourly cap resets, or objectives should not allow claiming while SP is capped.

Actual Result:

SP appears to be permanently lost/suppressed.
