Season progress rewards

Question

Ive paid the 500k for the premium pass and now all the premium rewards are gone??? And now it’s fone back to the original format. It’s not fair and plus I’ve gained about 2k xp frok playing and now it’s not even letting me claim the rewards!? What the hell man
