Season track level 10 reward vanished

Got enough xp to claim the Level 10 bundle reward from FC 25 Season 2 track in ultimate game. Claimed the reward on the app and it said error and didn't claim it. Tried restarting the app, still got the same problem. Next day logged in to the game on my Xbox and it says rewards have been claimed, but I can't see them anywhere...?
