Seasonal Rewards unavaliable

Go on the seasonal rewards tab but I am met with a screen it is unavailable and I cannot progress towards it. What do I do

Hey, @WillBrown1410, Are you talking about the game or the Ultimate Team web app? Can you please share a screenshot of the issue?
