Seasonal Rewards unavaliable
Go on the seasonal rewards tab but I am met with a screen it is unavailable and I cannot progress towards it. What do I do

In many cases we have checked so far, players have been logging in with the wrong account to check their profiles. Is it possible that you have multiple accounts?
I only have one account, I am happy to restart my progress if I can get this sorted but obviously I would like to find an alternate way to access the seasonal rewards
