Seasonal weekly play completionist

Question

Last week I completed the weekly play objective however didn’t receive they fut birthday pack and it still says 0/1 on seasonal weekly play conpletionist.Although it worked for me this week I still haven’t got teh pack from last week and it says 1/5 completed instead of 2/5. Please can I have it fixed.
