Banned for coin purchase and trading

Need help,

I have been banned for coin purchase and trading. I opened a case to dispute, but they denied and banned my account.

i have not purchased any coins and wish to further dispute my case and or request a refund of the game and season pass.

i have tried to update my dispute but it states unable to update advisors
