Server disconnection

I just played a game of FUT champs and sat through the awful gameplay of the ball bouncing back to my opponent over and over to get progress towards the FUT heritage objective. As I exited the game I got a server disconnection error and my game was considered as DNF. This meant I didn't make progress towards the objective and feel like I've just wasted 15 minutes off my time because of poor server quality from EA. I was promised by a support rep that if I put a post on here someone would help but with the quality of EA customer service I'm not expecting anything. All I want is to get my progress towards the objective and if I this issue happens again then I'll be blocked out of the final rewards.

    Exactly what happened to me. There needs to be some compensation for this because im now 1 disconnect away from being locked out of 13 game reward

    The fact that EA make as much money as they do and these are still issues just shows they don't care. If this was a glitch costing them money it would be resolved in 10 mins but as it's not it just gets pushed down to the bottom of a large pile. The EA "advisors" on these forums have no interest in getting involved unless you mention DDA or scripting mechanics.
