Single player draft - Manchester City bugged

So I have 2 single player drafts in a row where I encounter a bugged version of MCI as 4th opponent. The players do not move at all and it crashes right after the games ends. This is gamebreaking since the draft ends with 3 victories instead of 4. Where are my token/packs as compensation for the bug and the effort on my end? Thanks in advance!
