Son banned for no reason - EA are a disgrace

My son, who plays FC25 on a family computer, in a common area, who couldn't install winzip if you asked him to was banned by EA. I appealed his case and got bot responses 'upholding' the ban, NO information about it apart from 'We have confirmed that your account was cheating in EA SPORTS FC™ matches' . I've asked if I can provide anything .. logs, screenshots, anything to help the case and response was a bot response 'upheld' no information about why .. NOTHING

This is 100% bull, he's never cheated and it's a disgrace

I'm worried about my kid from this, he doesn't understand why or what he could have done and he's taking it hard and is absolutely devastated at how unfair it is.

All correspondance on it via that appeals portal/process are so robotic and don't give any information about why they're saying he was cheating! I've checked and there's nothing on the pc

I am taking this opportunity to explain to him about how companies like EA don't give a flying crap about people, EA is horrible, absolutely the bottom of the barrel.

My first EA game was from the 80's .. we've 3 people here playing FC25 and 3 accounts with many EA games on them. EA treat their players like crap, no human contact, no humanity, I've zero respect for this disgusting company and assume my account will get banned because of this post :/ to hell with EA
