spend 800€ for fifa points just to get banned

For the upcoming event, I wanted to charge my points so I could go crazy with buying packs... so I purchased 96k (800€) FIFA points. Literally, the next day, I get banned for cheating. You guys didn't even tell me how I cheated... I didn't even play the game... I just charged my points via the app, and that's it... but all I get is that you cheated - here's your lifetime ban... First of all... I want my 800€ back... immediately. You know, actually, please keep me banned - cuz this way, I can't play your game... Everyone knows what EA thinks of their community...I can't believe it... I wasted so much money on a company I've supported since FIFA06(!!!). Bro, I even own stocks of this company... I never believed anyone in here when they said: oh noo i got banned but i didnt do anything, yeah for sure buddy. But now... I believe u guys. At this point Im just so angry and disappointed... all I want is to finish this chapter and get my money back.
