Squad Battles and FC 25 in general

Not really looking for answers but assuming someone at EA has a file drawer with complaints that they proceed to set on fire at the end of the week please add this to the list.

1. Reducing squad battles games is the dumbest decision I've ever seen. This from the same company that waited a decade to release a new college football game shouldn't be surprising but is. I've been buying Fifa in release for a decade plus now, this change is the first time I'm seriously considering not buying next years.

2. Trying to make a complaint or get an answer from this company is the most atrocious system of links and "helpful" articles I've ever seen. I'd be embarrassed if a mom and pop shop had this level of anti costumer service, EA is just a small indie company though.

The sad thing is FC 25 is actually great, I've loved every game I've played. Just sad now that only amounts to 12 per week.

Reducing the nb of squad battles games is brilliant but can we talk about the gameplay experience and the constant in-the-middle-of-the-game crashes in SquadBattles giving you an automatic 0 - 3 loss? Usually happens right after you score.
Also the AI teams’ difficulty is really inconsistent - the way your team plays on World Class vs Legendary is way too different to make any sense - some 91 teams play like legendary when you set it to world class and some 91 teams feel like world class or worse when you set them to legendary - some teams show up with CBs or STs in the GoalKeeper position - and there are very few teams in the 75-85 range (which says a lot about this version’s user adoption this year..)
That + the gameplay experience of Single Draft needs major improvements (I have not been able to play Single Draft since this bug where I am stuck playing MCity in the 4th game crashing at kickoff consistently with the MCity players not even showing on the other side of the pitch

Why is it "brilliant"?

So you can quickly get back to rivals and being ripped off by EA?
So you can quickly have a game crash so have no chance of getting elite?
So you can get screwed over in two games due to bad AI and, poof, no elite?

RadioShaqs maan this is f up, I mean I was elite 2 and now I'm elite 3, whit that rate of dropping, in 4 days when the competition ends I'm gonna be gold 2. Thats not cool. I've been playing this game way too long man I now when something isn't right.
