On my third game of squad battles, against a club called "Lille AC" with a Sunderland FC badge, on world class difficulty, and by about minute number 43 as I scored my 3rd goal to make it 3-0 the game glitched out and a blue screen came up on my ps4 saying I was disconnected, but my wifi was fine. I got it all on screen record. I restarted the game and the result is 3 - 0 AGAINST me as if I quit. How do I get EA to give me a rematch or points for 3-0 win I deserve? I have video evidence.

similar 2-0 up 1st half squad battle and i get encountered problem on ps5 so i reported if that make s a differencewith only 12/14 games i now know i have no chance of high rewardsalso given a 3-0 loss as per usual i checked on an evolution i was doing.....it didnt even count as a game played LOL

There is nothing you can do, it happens often. If the servers kick you out, the game automatically assumes you quit and you get the loss.
You get "It seems you disconnected from your last match" even when it's the servers that disconnect.

You might as well not bother playing squad battles thing week because you won't get higher than gold now you've lost a match

not only that - your defender behind goal post, your player run away from ball, enter match with all black screen & etc. the higher difficulty is the more bug your will see.. disconnect from server is common now

@yyc_dem4 It suddenly happened to me once I scored a goal in rivals and had got the same message. I thought opponent quit but was servers issue.

Unfortunately, it's a regular occurrence, particularly with SB. With EA making SB only 14 games this season, such things irritate even more as you're not likely to get a high ranking by Sunday.
