squad battles

Good afternoon, about 2 hours ago, a disconnection problem occurred in a squad battles match against a Bronzini team. I was playing to complete an objective that required 20 assists in a beginner difficulty match. During the match, everything was going well when, after scoring the 15th goal, 2 minutes passed and the game got wet and then the message came out that the opponent had disconnected, giving me the match won at 15-0. However, as soon as I exited the game, it sent me back to the initial menu. Then, when I entered the game to see what had happened, I noticed that it gave me the match lost and 0 points. But the strange thing is, why did it make me disconnect? If the squad battles started against the CPU, it tells me that the opponent had disconnected. I hope you can help me clear up the doubt. It's the first time something like this has happened to me.
