Squad Building Challenge

PLEASEEE HELP ME!  

I‘m currently playing squad building challenge in FC25 Ultimate Edition. Then, I’ve mistakenly accept my players to be removed from FUT club. I misunderstood and thought that it only remove from my current squad and can use them after the SBC has ended.

Is there any way for me to recover and/or get back the players that have been mistakenly removed? Can I in anyways, undo it? Maybe you have any backup of my team?

I’ve lost my players that were estimated worth more than 1.000.000. 

My account is under the email off [edit: email address removed] and i did before 1 hour.

I really hope that you can help me. It is a huge blow for me if it is permanently removed.
