Started a new account and transfer market still locked after 2 weeks

I cannot believe this.

My transfer market has been locked for almost 2 weeks and I haven't done anything wrong. EA needs to fix this, I need to know what I have done or what is happening

    have you logged in every day to the companion app and played 3 full games per day

    I had an account that got banned on the same device, but I've had this new account for 2 weeks. The transfer market unlock should have happened by now

    If you have more than one account or have been banned it will take longer to unlock.
