Still can’t claim new evo

Has anyone heard any news on “investigation” or something concerning the fact that the training evo has had our player locked in for days.  I have my Cruyff in and I need him claimed so I can put into a new evo.  This is ridiculous.  I’ve tried claiming through console, mobile.  I tried clearing all evos until there was only two left and then claiming on both, also web app.  Someone has to have figured this out.
