Still haven't received the FC 26 pre-order rewards on FC 25.

Paid 89$ for the Ultimate Edition on PS5, solely for the 99 SHO Evo. What exactly is holding up the delivery of these rewards?!

What if you preordered for a different platform? I want to switch to PC for next year because of the new handhelds coming out, but I currently have it on Xbox. Is there a way to get the evo for FC25 still?
