Stuck Login "Getting Started" on FC Companion
I am experiencing an issue with the FC 25 Companion App. Despite having already logged into FC 25 on my PC and successfully creating an Ultimate Team 25 Club, the Companion App still displays a message saying that my EA Account does not have an Ultimate Team 25 Club.
Here’s what I have tried so far:
- Confirmed that I am using the same EA Account on both PC and Companion App.
- Restarted the game and app multiple times.
- Cleared the cache and reinstalled the Companion App.
- Attempted to log in via the Web App, but the issue persists.
- Waited several hours in case of a synchronization delay.
Despite these steps, I am still unable to access my Ultimate Team on the Companion App. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

It looks to me that you're not logging in with the same account on the apps as the one you play FC 25 on. Is it possible that you have multiple EA accounts?
