Subject: Market Access Not Available on My Companion App – Requesting Support

Dear EA SPORTS FC Support Team,

 

I’m a dedicated EA FC 25 player and have been actively using the Companion App to manage my Ultimate Team squad and complete SBCs. However, I still do not have access to the Transfer Market on the app.

 

I’ve been playing Ultimate Team regularly, have not violated any rules or policies, and have participated in many matches and in-game activities. Despite this, the Market feature remains locked for me on the Companion App.

 

I kindly ask you to review my account and help unlock access to the Market so I can fully enjoy all the features of the app, just like other players.

    Hi there. We're not able to unlock the market for you. You'll just need to keep playing. All the details we have for unlocking the market on the app can be found here.

  • Thank you for your response, but my account has been active for nearly 6 months and I still haven’t been granted access to the Market. I don’t know how much longer I’ll have to wait to be able to use the Market on the app.

    My account has been active for nearly 6 months, I’ve played around 1,000 games, and I have Playtime and Share Play enabled.

    There are more requirements than just playing. Your account needs to be in good standing. Also, the amount of accounts on the same device that access Ultimate Team are also taken into consideration.
