Bug in seasonal pass

Question

Hi there is this bug where u claim the reward and then u dont get it but it sais u got it i have this issue on level 26 the premium reward on the current seasonal pass so if i get the reward now it whould be good bc there isnt much time left in the pass

Fc hub unavailable on xseries. Companion app down. Completely blind on the season lvl progress and time left. Unable to collect season rewards.
