Switching consoles and problems with companion app

Last year I played on Xbox, this year I bought the game on ps5 with the same EA account, but after I did that I have not been able to log in on the companion app. Don’t know if it has anything to do ...

Hey @buffethat1,

since you switched platforms, you will need to unlock access to the Companion App for PlayStation again. You will simply have to play a couple of days and should be able to get access then.
