The game crashes whenever I start a squad battle match

After the cutscene that is displayed before squad battle matches, the screen goes black for 2-3 seconds (commentators/audios play in the background) and the game crashes. I have tried repairing the game,restarting the app and also my device, but nothing seems to work. Any solutions?
