The Season Pass service is currently unavailable

I’m having an issue with the Season Pass in EA Sports FC 25 on my Xbox Series S. The Season Pass is not accessible or working at all. I’ve tried all possible solutions found online, including:
 • Checking region settings on both Xbox and EA accounts
 • Confirming my email address
 • Clearing the cache
 • Reinstalling the game

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue — the Season Pass remains unavailable in Ultimate Team.
