There are several issue

There are several issues.
The first is in Ultimate Team Foundations.
I completed all Moments challenges, and then I was prompted to complete the challenge to receive the reward. I was unable to receive it because I had already completed it.

The second is in Pick Your Journey.
I played according to the requirements, but the rewards were not received.

The third is in Rush.
I have had an issue for the past two days. I cannot play.
