Wrong pick accident

Dear ea support teamI've had a problem in the season level 40 , I accidentally picked Al Owairan instead of the 15×87+ , my ps5 controller slipped out I was just trying to press x to collect all of my level prizes and accidentally still choose Al Owairan and I didn't want to pick him, I wanted to take the pack instead, I am hoping from you guys to solve my problem and give me the pack instead of Al Owairan, I really need that pack , it would be so nice from you, just give me the pack and delete Al Owairan from my club&nbsp;Please guys I need your help for the problem.

Lol , do you've tried all owairan realised he's rubbish now you want to try the packs instead , em I getting this right???.......what's to solve?? ...it's not happening&nbsp;

I've have the same problem, wanted the packs but instead EA decided to give me a player.. I learned to claim those objectives rather on companion app&nbsp;

98% of this forum is gamers like you. &nbsp;The 2% is moderators. volunteers and some sort of forum manager. &nbsp;There is no one here that can access your account and change stuff. &nbsp;You have made a mistake which we all have done, &nbsp;so you just have to move on from it.
