They hacked my account a few days ago, I contacted EA Sports but they did nothing, they didn't contact me, I can't talk on chat, they stole coins and negotiable players, I don't know what to do because they have more than 2 million coins and they don't respond.
Mine is exactly the same I had just under 2 million coins and they took mine and now I’m locked out of ultimate team and it’s been over a week no reply nothing
We should do something for EA Sports to answer us about these problems
I’ve been trying every day had about 12 cases open with them still not heard anything there a joke even said if it was a pro player or content creator they would have it sorted in seconds
I have the same problem
It’s a joke never get any response from them I give up trying
