This is unacceptable!
Why is it, that there is no one in EA that takes responsibility of updating customers about quite impactful issues like this one:

It has been over a month, the season ends soon, and it is simply not okay that it 1) takes so long to fix and 2) no communication.
Pardon if there are more threads like this, it is impossible to get an answer anywhere though.
