TOTY Evo Star CB: who?

Before starting the EVO, who'll give us a very good CB/CDM, who should I pick, and who you picked?

I'm currently using Virgil Van Dijk (base) and Konatè (WC, 91) as my CBs and with FWs now all quick and skilled it's becoming more difficult to contain them. I did the Guendozi SBC and I applied the NumeroFut Evo, playing 4-1-2-1-2 with a CAM and a CDM (and two wingers).

Not sure if I should just pick up someone already very good like Saliba (benching VVD) or maybe someone starting from low values as anyway he'll be vastly improved.
