Transfer banned

Hi I have been transfer banned on fc 25 I have not broken rules only brought fc points directly from the game to obtain players and coins but have been banned ea said they have done a investigation I have asked for proof of anything I have done wrong they refuse and say ban stays do not contact them again regarding this issue I don't understand has anyone else had this problem how can I get my team back and ban overturned as I have not broken any rules

    Hello lightening1983,

    we don't have access to account information here in the forum and can't help with bans. You can try contacting Support again, but if the first investigation didn't get the ban overturned, there's a chance that the second one won't either.

    Unforutnately we can't help with bans herre on the forum. If you've already reached out several times and they've decided that the ban was correct, then I'm afraid there's nothing else I can recommend. Our terms of service team are the only ones who can look into bans.

    I'm at a loss of what to do just wanted to know if anyone else has had problems with being banned and appeals advice on where to go next

    lightening1983,

    unfortunately, if the appeal was declined, there is no firther way to go. Appealing the ban through support is the only way and if they decline, there's nothign more to be done.
