Hi EA. Why my access to Transfer Market is blocked? I did all de foundations dcp´s and played more than 30 hours.

i cant buy because i dont have access to market... i can send them to transfer market list, but i cant sell them.. just quick sell
it appears this all the time... it says i need to complete the foundation dlc... that´s all finished.
