Their system or algorithm is definitely faulty. In football, the card values are already clear and we enter into transactions where we can make a profit by seeing this, but both our account is gone and we have wasted a lot of time. They banned my div 2 account and they close the messages without even giving a detailed answer. They are also racist. Many people are even said to read messages according to the country.
Ok. Saying they are racist is a bit much. But i understand your frustration.
Seems like they have the mindset that if you got in this situation then you are already guilty and there is no point in checking anything?
Is it a automatic system that picks up on irregularitys then? I've never had more than 300 000 coins so i don't get why anyone would think i was buying coins or doing something like that. It should be easy to check?
The policy they have state:
- Ban: we’ll remove your access to a game, part of a game, or your EA Account for an extended period of time. We'll normally ban your EA Account due to repeated or extreme violations of our Terms of Service or Rules of Conduct. Account bans are typically permanent.
How on earth is buying one player, repeated or extreme vialation?
